Relax. Release. Recover.

Firm, focused bodywork that responds to what your body is holding, to ease tension and support recovery.

Meet Your Practitioner

I'm Jason. I trained as a Sport Massage Practitioner in Cape Town, South Africa and am currently converting my qualification to a Diploma of Remedial Massage at RMIT in Melbourne. My work is grounded in muscle mechanics and nervous system regulation, and in evidence rather than ritual.

I do this work because most of the massage I've received has felt choreographed. Brief relaxation, no real engagement with what the body is holding. The aim here is something else: slower, more responsive, built on listening to what your tissue and your nervous system are telling me in the moment.

That listening is the work. Pressure, pace, and technique adjust to what your body needs, not to a script. The goal is durable relief and recovery, not an hour of comfort that wears off by Monday
